Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

4.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

4.3 International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Key points:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• 50% store credit only (no cash refunds)
• Zero tolerance for alterations—once tailored, no returns
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached

While we provide detailed sizing information, we cannot guarantee perfect fit for all body types. We recommend professional tailoring for optimal fit. We are not responsible for fit issues that can be corrected through standard tailoring.

7.3 Professional Tailoring

Our products are sold with unfinished hems requiring professional tailoring. We are not responsible for tailoring costs or errors made by third-party tailors.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MALIK ALEXANDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
