All commissioned garments are final sale once production begins. This is why we developed the Triple-Lock Verification process.

If we make an error on our end — wrong design, wrong specifications — we make it right immediately.

Shipping Policy

Production & Delivery Timeframes

Standard Production + Shipping: 7-10 business days from order confirmation

Rush Production + Shipping: 5-7 business days (additional $50 fee)

Production Time: 1-2 business days before shipment begins

Your suit is made to order specifically for you. Production begins immediately after order confirmation. You'll receive tracking information via text and email once your suit ships.

Order Tracking

Once your suit completes production and ships, you'll receive tracking information via text message and email. Track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking within stated production time, contact us at 1-888-905-8659.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us immediately within 48 hours.

Delayed Shipments: During peak prom season (March-May), slight delays may occur. We recommend ordering 6-8 weeks before your event.

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is visible, photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

CRITICAL: Order Early for Prom

Recommended ordering timeline: 6-8 weeks before prom

This allows time for:

  • Made-to-order production (7-10 days)
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Local tailoring for hemming (3-5 days)
  • Buffer for any unexpected issues

If ordering 2-4 weeks before prom: Select rush shipping and schedule your tailor in advance. Remember: once ordered, cannot be returned.

Once your order is confirmed and production begins, your suit cannot be returned or exchanged for the following reasons:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the error.

What If The Fit Isn't Perfect?

This is why we ship with unfinished hems and recommend professional tailoring:

Important: The shoulder fit must be correct from the startβ€”this cannot be easily altered. This is why accurate measurements are critical.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations accepted ONLY within 24 hours of order placement and only if production has not yet begun.

Once production starts (typically within 24 hours), your suit is being made specifically for you and cannot be canceled.
