Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us immediately within 48 hours.
Delayed Shipments: During peak prom season (March-May), slight delays may occur. We recommend ordering 6-8 weeks before your event.
Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damage is visible, photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
